My pa se bakkie - ambush exercise 17/04/2010

Some pics of the joint exercise we had with US troops, Korean army and a mixed bag of civilians. The Korean army uses airsoft as a training method.
Maximum temperature for the day was about 10 degrees celcius. At least the snow had already melted.

The US troops are wearing digicam; the Koreans woodland, and the civilians, multicam.

It was an airsoft game complete with smoke grenades and officers firing blanks. This particular game was on one of the US bases in South Korea.
For security reasons, I wasn't allowed to take pics during the games as it might show strategic structures. Technically the country is still at war.

The only negative was that most of the Koreans playing that day were zombies. We try to avoid playing certain clubs because of that.
